I've tried to collect as much of the speaker resources, along with audio and video recordings, and have made as much as I'm allowed public here. I'm working through the audio at the moment - it's slow going, but you should see more and more gradually appear as I get it processed and get the speaker's permission to provide it publicly.
Please note that the speaker's slides and notes are their own work and as such the copyright is theirs. If you wish to reuse their material in any way, please ask them what license (if any) they wish to provide it to you with.
Audio recordings are provided here under the Creative Commons License - and as such the work may be reproduced, but no derivative works may be created using it. If you wish to make a derivative work, please contact me and/or the speaker. We'll be happy to discuss anything beyond just distribution with you.
